George has 25 years of experience with Texas Instruments. During those 25 years he held positions of Industrial Engineer where he implemented new factory and production processes, reducing assembly time by 45% and improving outgoing quality by 32%. As Engineering Supervisor, he developed production processes, reducing cycle times by 58%, moving up to Engineering Manager where he implemented robotic, vision and automation systems as well as developed a 900,000 square foot facility from concept through to production. He then became Manufacturing Manager responsible for radar systems manufacturing, supplier management, and outsourcing. He was the section leader on the application writing team for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. George then became Operations Manager where he implemented global operations processes and supplier base for specific product lines for display and printing business units. He designed business processes, developed manufacturing strategies, and outsourced 85% of production. He managed consulting and alliance relationships, including SAP implementation. Since 1997, George has been President of Haleaux Incorporated, developing new product line and business plan, as well as implementing customer service plan using focus groups to understand customer needs.
