Jack has spent 42 years with Citigroup/Citibank in a variety of positions. As Master Facilitator/Trainer of Citigroup Six Sigma Quality, he was a charter member of Citigroup's Corporate Quality Office Facilitation Team. Advised Business Managers and Quality Directors on process improvement initiatives and facilitated cross functional process improvement teams internationally for Citigroup using Cross Functional Process Mapping (CFPM) methodology. Facilitated teams globally in the following areas: Electronic Banking Delivery, Derivatives, Cash & Trade Products, Credit Cycle Processes, Fixed Asset Procurement, Customer Acquisition & Retention and Sales/Marketing integration between businesses. Trained 251 Cross Functional Process Mapping Facilitators worldwide. Certified 37 Cross Functional Process Mapping Facilitators worldwide.
As Process Improvement Director for the Citibank New York Marketplace, he co-facilitated rollout of "Play to Win" initiative - a people development undertaking for 4,000+ employees of the New York Marketplace. Also in the New York Marketplace as Telephone Banking Center Director, he pioneered a seamless introduction of this unique marketplace differentiator. Jack, as Sales Director, was responsible for the sales activities and new product implementation for the Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and Upstate branches within the New York Marketplace. He also managed eight Midtown Manhattan retail branches with a $13MM expense budget; 210 staff members including 60 officers and $1.7B in total footings. His general banking background came with experience as a junior clerk to marketplace management where in 1983 he was promoted to Vice President.
