    Experience:

    Jeanne has a proven track record in Leadership, Team and Organization Development. Her most recent position was with Del Webb, the leading Active Adult Master Planned Community Developer and the seventh largest single-family homebuilder in the United States. The company is growing with $2 Billion in revenue and 4100 employees in 7 states. During her tenure with Del Webb, she has developed OD strategies, in consultation with the CEO and Executive Management Team, that moved the company from a centralized, single product line focus to a decentralized multi-product focused organization. She has designed, developed and successfully implemented the first Del Webb Leadership Institute for the top 100 high potentials in the company. The system was built on the latest competency based technology and aligned with the company's strategic direction. Systemic intervention into all HR supporting processes has driven the success of the design. Jeanne facilitated change management processes to guide multiple business units through major realignment of systems, structures and strategies to position Del Webb for optimal competitive advantage of the aging baby boomer market. She also collaborated with VP of e-Business Division in the design and implementation of on-line internet customer solutions for sales and marketing and internal management systems; incorporated on-line knowledge management tools to convert corporate university offerings from traditional classroom format to 48% of curriculum delivered via desk-top learning solutions.

    During Jeanne's ten years with Honeywell in various divisions as an Organization Development Manager/Consultant, she has worked with multiple division executives, plant and department managers in the design and execution of structures and processes to support new technology implementation including the facilitation of the structural design of global customer support field operations of 11 locations, 1000 employees in 8 countries to reduce avionics repair cycle time from 15 days to 3; facilitation of the redesign of a traditional functional department organization to a global concurrent engineering team based structure; facilitation of the implementation of a Concurrent Engineering team based structure for the design, marketing, manufacturing and testing of the Boeing 777 flight controls which resulted in the reduction of flight test times from several months to two weeks; and facilitation of the first JIT manufacturing line in Honeywell using TQM, team-based interventions and leadership development coaching that resulted in faster manufacturing cycle times and reduced scrap and rework of piece parts
