Joe has a 35 track record of reducing costs and improving service and process quality utilizing a variety of re-engineering and quality tools and methodologies. During his career, he has held various senior positions, including Head of Quality for Citi's Global Consumer Group, member of Citi's Corporate Information Technology Policy Committee and chartered member of Citi's Corporate Quality Organization. He has designed corporate -wide Quality programs utilizing Six Sigma, Total Quality Management and other re-engineering methodologies. In addition, Joe has designed Quality Metrics Dashboards which enabled senior executives to identify where key organizational strengths/weaknesses existed. He has administered customer satisfaction surveys, developed survey methodologies and questionnaires, set policy, standards, and reporting methodologies on core operational processes for quality evaluation. Joe has conducted Business Quality Performance Reviews with business managers and quality directors and advised Business Managers and Quality Directors on process improvement initiatives.
Also, Joe has held senior positions within Information Technology, such as: Director of IT for Citicorp Credit Services and Director of Systems Implementation for Citibank North East Division.
