Patricio has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing of electronic, electric auto parts, metal mechanic and service industries. He has held managerial positions in both Mexican and American companies, such as Lumisistemas General-Electric, Johnson Controls, Inc., Lambi, MarHino, Motorola de Mexico, Echlin Mexicana, Fairchild Mexicana e Industria Electrica Automotriz (Prestolite).

As Quality Assurance and Product Engineering Manager for Lumisistemas General Electric, he was responsible for the Product Engineering System for more than 15,000 different finish products for projected billings of $3.9 million per month. As the Six Sigma Champion, his group closed projects for savings of more than $240,000 during 2001. Achieved material cost savings of $900,000 in the Staffing to Sourcing department during 2001. As the Quality System and Training Manager for Johnson Controls, he kept the Quality costs below 1.4% of sales. Started supplier development program which focused on reducing inspection non-value added operations, saving 15% of incoming inspection cost and quality level. Achieved an average of 20 hours of training per year per employee. During his tenure as Process Engineering Manager for Motorola de Mexico, he was responsible for a $1,000,000 budget. Materials yield was improved from 86% to 99.8% for TO220 bipolar and FET transistors, which cycle time reduction was from 18 weeks to 13 hours. Productivity improved from 216 to 850 transistors per operator. Six Sigma projects gave more than $15,000,000 in savings.
