    With 24 years of experience in the field of human resources, training, and organizational development, Gary Ware developed interview processes and testing profiles for evaluating high potential new hire candidates; created and conducted hundreds of training and coaching sessions designed to improve productivity, workplace environment, performance management, and managerial skills. He has also provided consultation, training, and policy development on prevention of and dealing with sexual harassment and developing Violence Prevention and Trauma Response Plans. Gary was Employee Development Manager for a domestic call center providing debt resolution of delinquent government loans, where he developed a process of evaluating agent candidates through the use of strategic interviewing and psychological instruments, which enables hiring managers to identify and hire long-term quality collectors. During his tenure turnover decreased by nearly 50%. Mr. Ware was Director of Human Resources for a U.S. call center business operating in India, where he developed management and agent training processes leading to their agents becoming 25% more productive than other Indian call centers, and resulted in an 18% increase in retention of agents, and a 30% increase in productivity.

    Gary was Director of Global Learning for one of the top global flexible circuit board electrical manufacturing companies, with over 15,000 employees and production facilities in the U.S., China, Malaysia, and Singapore. Assisted in creating and implementing MFLEX University, a global learning platform aligned with strategic, organizational, and regional objectives, with a training program that led to greater customer satisfaction, product development, business opportunities, and revenue generation. He is currently Managing Partner of Global Coaching Partners, which is dedicated to helping people work together better, providing training and organizational development consultation, management development, using meaningful metrics to measure HR processes.
