Supplier Survey and Qualification
On-site visit by our Quality and Procurement Engineers on your behalf to provide an independent assessment on the supplier's:
- organization and reporting structure;
- manufacturing facilities and environment;
- production capacity, process capabilities and quality management system.
Pre-production Evaluation
- Conduct inspections of First Article samples prior to shipment to you.
- Perform process certification and readiness review based on your requirements.
Translation Service
- Provide quick and accurate translations of your documents and prints.
- Review documents and prints with suppliers to make sure stated requirements are understood correctly.
Freight Forwarding
- Co-ordinate and consolidate shipment of your finished products.
Delivery/Shipment Monitoring
- Monitor and/or coordinate product deliveries and provide early warning should there be any potential slip-ups to delivery schedule.
Container Loading Supervision
- Inspect finished products being loaded to containers to ensure correct stowage during shipment.
Reporting
- Generation of reports to your pre-defined format and requirements.
SOLE AGENT SERVICES
Maset also provides sole agent services for companies who want to out-source their procurement functions in the Far East.
