DESCRIPTION:

This two-day workshop focuses on understanding and application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Key and Target customers can be categorized into one of four segments: Vendor, Preferred Supplier, Partner of Choice, Strategic Ally on the basis of the customers' intent, buying focus, preferred relationship with its suppliers, and what the customer wants the supplier's value-added to be.

OBJECTIVES:

The objectives of the workshop are for participants to:

  1. Understand the Customer Relationship Management Process
  2. Understand and be able to evaluate and apply the criteria for selection to their customers
  3. Identify "target" and "key" accounts
  4. Create action plans for implementation within and without the sales organization
