DESCRIPTION:
This two-day workshop focuses on understanding and application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Key and Target customers can be categorized into one of four segments: Vendor, Preferred Supplier, Partner of Choice, Strategic Ally on the basis of the customers' intent, buying focus, preferred relationship with its suppliers, and what the customer wants the supplier's value-added to be.
OBJECTIVES:
The objectives of the workshop are for participants to:
- Understand the Customer Relationship Management Process
- Understand and be able to evaluate and apply the criteria for selection to their customers
- Identify "target" and "key" accounts
- Create action plans for implementation within and without the sales organization
