Creating Customer Satisfaction
In this course, participants learn not only how to identify their customers - both internal and external, but also how to uncover their customers' requirements, their own organization's value proposition to customer, and how to not only satisfy, but exceed their customers' expectations. The workshop, during which the participants will apply the learning's to their own organization, will focus on recognizing each participant's line of site to the customer, as well as how to improve the organization's processes and procedures to respond to the customer's needs and requirements.
Teach everyone how to identify, understand and create value for their customers and thereby create customer satisfaction.
